For an Italian multinational group, we designed and delivered within just four months a fully online potential assessment program targeting nearly 200 Middle Managers across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

The key challenges were to:

  • ensure global methodological consistency
  • respect cultural and linguistic diversity
  • deliver clear, actionable outputs for Line Managers

  • The need for effective HR and Manager onboarding and integration
  • Cross-cultural adaptation of both content and assessment methodologies

The Solution: AI-Enhanced Assessment Centers

We implemented:

  • Individual and group Assessment Centers
  • Realistic simulations closely reflecting real business scenarios
  • Fully digital and multilingual assessment experiences

All powered by our proprietary platform AI Based Challenge©.

Artificial Intelligence was leveraged not to replace assessors, but to:

  • create dynamic and realistic simulation environments
  • enhance the depth and quality of behavioral observation
  • surface new behaviors in AI-augmented work contexts

The entire process was designed in full compliance with GDPR and the AI Act.
