In collaboration with Tempo HR, we developed an onboarding process for a rapidly growing company, based on their values and employee value proposition.
By applying Canvas, Design Thinking and Personas, we structured a 90-day program that includes training, events, and personalized communications across various digital and in-person channels.
Using HR Analytics, we measured the impact of the process and made subsequent improvements. Now the HR team independently manages the process, adapting it to the company's evolution.
