After the high-interaction, high-engagement Kick-Off that brought together 104 participants and the HR Management of a major Insurance group, in just 5 weeks the Virtual Development Centers and feedback sessions were completed, during which each person received personalized development guidance. We maintained strong engagement through a communication and involvement process enhanced with Augmented Reality.
