We defined the implementation strategy and roadmap with the Board of a multinational in the services sector, and then supported the adoption of the OKR methodology by nearly 2000 employees. With what goals? To align everyone around the same priorities, even while working remotely, and to foster a cultural transition towards accountability and engagement in defining how to achieve objectives.
