Design Thinking for Insurance is a tailor-made project for a major Italian insurance company that combined work on business, learning, and innovation.
As part of a broader digital transformation process, we organized a workshop involving around 40 people identified as digital advisors.
Through the Design Thinking methodology, the seven participating teams — tasked with generating valuable solutions for the insurance company — received support on both business topics and innovation methods.
We pursued and achieved a threefold objective.
- greater innovation awareness
- deeper understanding of the innovation dynamics typical of the insurance sector
- generation of innovative solutions for the company’s business through design thinking
