Design Thinking for Insurance is a tailor-made project for a major Italian insurance company that combined work on business, learning, and innovation.

As part of a broader digital transformation process, we organized a workshop involving around 40 people identified as digital advisors.

Through the Design Thinking methodology, the seven participating teams — tasked with generating valuable solutions for the insurance company — received support on both business topics and innovation methods.

We pursued and achieved a threefold objective.

  • greater innovation awareness
  • deeper understanding of the innovation dynamics typical of the insurance sector
  • generation of innovative solutions for the company’s business through design thinking

Il risultato è stata la generazione di 7 idee di progetto. Alcune di queste hanno concepito modalità davvero innovative di customer engagement e value delivery.
